Eva Marie was my soul I remember the night I gave birth to my angel with blue eyes my 1st born and only daughter at 30 weeks after 23 hours of labor she weighed less then 5lbs...I heard the stories about how her dad kept calling home worried about his daughter we didn't know the gender until she was born, he was a wreck. Eva Marie loved her little brother she tell him you might be bigger then me BUT I am still older and you have to listen to me. when she wake in morning she would climb into Alex's crib and go to sleep with him, She was amazed that she was a big sister but smaller lol
When Alex started kindergarten he cried and cried they had to take Eva from her class and sit with him for a little while, that went on for a few days.
Then came the time she asked me if she could go to the park by herself....I felt like i was in a horror movie she said mom I will even take Alex with me. she was 8 Alex was 6 1/2 I said OK but i followed her secretly every once in awhile they would turn around to see if i was watching her, she say to Alex you better hold my hand cause I think mommy is watching and I dont' want to get in trouble lol.
I miss her so much, for the last 20 years we did everything together, I missed the 1st 15 because she was growing up and didn't need her mommy.
